New papers challenge suicide prevention and mental health

Some of the main emphases of the Situational Approach include: changing the way we understand and tackle the human distress that can so often lead to suicide; challenging much of the way in which we currently define and understand mental health difficulties, and, viewing communities and families not merely as targets for awareness campaigns, but central participants in suicide prevention and preventative mental health.
